5. PAYMENT PROCESSING AND SECURITY
To maximize your data security, our website does not directly collect, process, or store credit card numbers or financial credentials. We offer two payment methods:
- Cash Payments: For cash paid upon arrival, we only retain your booking details and agreed price quote to finalize the transaction.
- Digital Payment Links: Digital payments are processed securely through BAC Credomatic. When you click a payment link provided by us, you are redirected to BAC Credomatic’s secure platform. Your financial data is governed exclusively by BAC Credomatic’s privacy policy and security protocols.
6. DATA STORAGE AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
In compliance with Costa Rican Law 8968, your booking information is stored in a secure database managed by Congo Shuttle SA in Costa Rica. Because our clientele is primarily from the United States, we host our website infrastructure and store this database on secure servers located within the United States. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third-party marketers or ad networks.
